BioScience PhD Intern Roles at Proctor and Gamble

The Procter & Gamble Company is looking for motivated scientists working toward a PhD in BioSciences (e.g. Biology, Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology etc) to join our Global Skin Care Beauty Technology Development (BTD) organization in Cincinnati, Ohio.  The BTD organization is core to creating the high-science equities and unlocking future growth globally of our two Billion Dollar Skin Care Brands, Olay and SK-II.  The team is responsible for identifying new novel Skin discoveries that are the foundation to identifying efficacious technologies within our skin care lines that delight the consumer as well as receive recognition in the academic credentialing arena.  The specific job will require you to work effectively across a multi-disciplinary team to enable next generation skin science insights and technologies, including method development and synthesis of insights from multiple sources of data and/or inspiration.  You will lead your area of expertise proposing the experimental approach to unlock new insights, hypotheses and potential solutions for the business. In the journey, assets will be leveraged to further advance our projects as well as amplify the in-market business needs through the potential for publications or other opportunities. Having working knowledge of skin biology is a plus with basic skills needed include cell culture (in-lab 2D and 3D working knowledge), experimental design and stats analysis capabilities.
