Postdoc position in Virology – Michailidis Lab at Emory

The Michailidis Lab is seeking a postdoctoral fellow with a strong virology background to drive studies of virus–host interactions. We use state-of-the-art targeted and whole-genome CRISPR screens, bulk and single-cell transcriptomics, and a broad set of molecular, virological, and biochemical assays across HBV and HIV. The lab has a special interest in liver-related studies including viral hepatitis, fatty liver disease, and immunometabolism, employing advanced primary human hepatocyte culture systems and humanized liver chimeric mice.
